Project framing
Understanding your needs
For this first meeting, we start by understanding what your needs are. In this case, you want to transition to mixed EBT.
Product Demo
To show you how to use our product, we want you to understand it as well as possible. We will take one of your sessions to a simulator to put you in as realistic a situation as possible. There you will use the application and run a session to really get to grips with the product.
Project Understanding
Now we need to plan the implementation of Hinfact Training in your organization. To do this, we will schedule a meeting to understand who the key stakeholders of the project are, who makes the decisions, and if you need to implement Hinfact Training with your other tools.
Building and contracting the offer
Based on all these meetings, we will put together the perfect offer for you and your needs. We will choose which modules are right for your situation. Once you are happy with this, we will contract the offer.
Project delivery
Configuration, settings and customization of the tool
Once the contract is signed, we can start setting up the product for you. Hinfact Training is fully customisable, allowing you to choose your own names, processes and design.
Historical Data Integration
Based on your data formats and quality, we will integrate your own syllabus and your pilots' historical data, such as old gradings
Onboarding on Hinfact Training Manager
We will then train and onboard each training manager on Hinfact Training Manager to teach them all the functionalities and guide them through this change.
Instructors standardisation
A few weeks later, Hinfact Training is up and running. Once your first session is ready, we will guide you in standardising the instructors. Standardisation between instructors is one of the aspects of EBT: they need to be aware of the grading process in order to apply the same grading criteria. After only four sessions, you will be able to standardise all the other instructors on your own.
Configuration of the Advanced Data Analytics
After one year you will have collected enough data to set up the advanced data reports. We will schedule a meeting to onboard you, the data collected during the year will allow you to build a dashboard and visualise the data for the training department as well as the security department.
Continuous support & customisation
During the entire duration of our collaboration we will be partners on the subject. This means that we will provide you and your team with ongoing support and we will be able to add your customisations as you like all throughout the project.
