Data analysis
How much training is needed to master the tools ?
For course and session creators, getting to grips with the application requires 2 days’ training, enabling them to create the rules to be complied with (regulations, operational instructions, etc.), as well as to create the courses themselves and check that they are compliant.
As far as the instructors are concerned, 3 hours are enough to pilot the application during the simulator sessions, manage the debriefing based on the data collected and generate the grading at the end of the session.
Finally, for the data part, which enables the manager to analyse the results and steer the training of the crews, is provided after 2 or 3 months of operation, which allows data to be recovered, and takes 1 day.
How is data storage and security ensured ?
Our organization complies with the current standards for SaaS solutions, benefiting from all the security systems of our AWS subcontractor, supplemented by a local backup.
How long does it take to get representative figures for my drivers' training ?
After a few months of use, with several dozen sessions completed, it’s possible to get some nice graphs and data.
An advanced training session is planned at this time to explore the advanced functions and readjust the interfaces if necessary.
Can Hinfact Training ensure that ratings are consistent ?
Yes, concordance monitoring is implemented in the tool, in line with the authorities’ recommendations. Metrics and dashboards enable continuous monitoring of ratings throughout the company. A dashboard also enables live monitoring during standardisation sessions.
Training design and conformity
How can I extract my program to present it to the authorities ?
A PDF extraction of the program is possible, allowing publication, but before that, a Compliance Matrix allows you to check the total adequacy of your proposal with the regulations and rules entered in the system.

Do I have to load the system myself with all European rules and regulations (JAR.FCL, PART-ORA, ...) ?
Yes, the system allows to easily generate the rules that will have to be applied for the realization or the follow-up of the trainings, for example the Recurrent Training over 3 years, but we can also realize this loading service for you, or thanks to our cooperation with Airbus, it is possible for you to buy the complete Airbus syllabus validated by the authorities.
How long does it take to customise my interface ?
An initial interface customisation phase is included in the deployment. The tool is deployed over a period of 3 weeks. We share questionnaires with you and take the time to listen to your needs. When the solution is delivered, the interface is customised and adapted to your needs. Once the solution has been delivered, we continue to adapt it to your changing needs.
Instructor support
How can I monitor the development of my pilots' skills ?
Hinfact Training allows all the parameters recorded by instructors to be displayed in the form desired by the user. You can generate your own reports, adapted to the themes you want to monitor, such as weak skills among your crews, improvements over time, according to your own criteria.

Does your solution reduce the number of instructors ?
The solution allows you to reduce the time spent building courses, sessions, etc. and to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks.
Training management
I don't have much time to train my instructors. Is your solution easy to use ?
Yes, the interface is very intuitive and we can modify it to suit your needs.
Does Hinfact manage archiving ?
Yes, training results or documents produced during training sessions can be generated in PDF format and stored. What’s more, Hinfact Training can be connected to any document management system via its interfaces.
Is Hinfact Training GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EUR) compliant ?
Yes, absolutely. Our processes have been validated by audits carried out by Airbus, one of our customers.
Can the Hinfact solution be integrated into my current information system ?
Yes, dedicated interfaces are provided for any connection, allowing you to manage input or output data, using several common standards. For example, you can integrate your schedules, your document database, your human resources information, etc.
