How much training is needed to master the tools ?
How is data storage and security ensured ?
Our organization complies with the current standards for SaaS solutions, benefiting from all the security systems of our AWS subcontractor, supplemented by a local backup.
How long does it take to get representative figures for my drivers' training ?
After a few months of use, with several dozen sessions completed, it’s possible to get some nice graphs and data.
An advanced training session is planned at this time to explore the advanced functions and readjust the interfaces if necessary.
Can Hinfact Training ensure that ratings are consistent ?
Yes, concordance monitoring is implemented in the tool, in line with the authorities’ recommendations. Metrics and dashboards enable continuous monitoring of ratings throughout the company. A dashboard also enables live monitoring during standardisation sessions.
